What it checks
Upload the investment memo and the financial model as CSV. The engine extracts every sentence containing an explicit number from the memo and matches each against model rows within a tolerance — surfacing contradictions (margin claimed at 40% while the model holds 28%) and claims the model cannot verify.
Then it runs five named stress scenarios — base, growth halved, margin compression, cost inflation and combined downside — on the assumptions you enter, so the committee sees the same arithmetic an adversarial reviewer would.

Bring Your Own Data: your team uploads its own files — recordings, transcripts, models or exported public metrics — into the workspace. Trade Eyes never requests API access to your bank, broker, ERP or data vendors.
Processing runs in your browser wherever possible, so sensitive files do not leave your machine for the statistical passes. Outputs are simulations, probability scores and anomaly maps — the same category as a spreadsheet or statistics package — not investment advice, legal audit or a certified opinion.
Honest limits
Matching is numeric, not semantic: a contradiction flag means a human should look, not that the memo is wrong. The tool audits arithmetic consistency, not business truth.
Advanced local workbench
Import XLSX formulas for embedded constants, broken references and volatile dependencies. Compare English margin narratives against supplied period data, and find minimal shock combinations that fail your discounted-cash-flow hurdle.
Every advanced workbench exports an A4 PDF and a SHA-256 manifest. A standalone offline HTML lab runs the same statistical modules without network access. Hashes verify integrity, not independent certification.

Does Trade Eyes see our files?
The statistical passes run in your browser on files you upload. Reports and manifests are downloaded locally. Optional private report storage encrypts the manifest in your browser with your company-held key before upload; the key is not sent to Trade Eyes.
Is this investment advice or an audit?
No. Outputs are simulations and statistics for internal decision support. Interpretation, compliance and decisions remain with your licensed professionals.
